2023 Hackamore Classic: final day#
The last competition day at the NRCHA/ERCHA Hackamore Classic was held in Palacittà Travagliato (BS) Italy. Champions are crowned at the end of a beautiful afternoon of reined cow horse, judge Mauro Taccia was assisted by Andrea Popp as scribe.
Filippo Masi Novice Riders
Valentina Bisaschi and her AC Little Star (Painted Little Star x Achy Braky Me) was the winners in the Filippo Masi Novice Riders class. The Italian duo was on top of the ranking in both National and Regional division with a 139.5 score (70 rein/69.5 cow). Following on second position in the National was Cristina Cacciolatti with CMP Mifi Leo Jac (Mifillenium x Leolena Jac), for them 138 points (69.5 rein/68.5 cow). Elena Ferrari rode her Stars Player and bring home Reserve Champion title in the Regional division with 137.5 points (68 rein/69.5 cow).
Two Reins
Germany was on top of the Two Reins Open class with the performance of Martin Schemuth and TJ Sharp Dressed Man, 139.5 (71 rein/ 68.5 cow) their total to claim the Champion title.

The Champion in the Non Pro Two Reins Regional class was Jacky Molliex – Donjon aboard Smoke With Justice 137 their total (67 rein/66 cow).
Box Drive
It was Spanish Raimundo Segura the Champion in the Box Drive class, ANS Mokie Vaquero between his reins marked a 133.5 (66.5 rein/67 cow). One and an half points behind and on the second step of the podium Germany well represented by Frank Kunkel and Snapper Lil Bingo (Peptos Lil Bingo x Snappers Victoria).
In the Box Drive Regional division Karl Simon rode his Bricks Smart Player (Jac O Rima x Avril Smart Play) and took home victory in this class.
Bridle Spectacular
Cats Got Freckles (WR This Cats Smart x Playboys Girl) talented stallion owned by Luca Terzi and showed by Italian professional rider Samuele Poli Barberis got a nice 219 (71 rein/75 cow/73 herd) and stepped on the first step of the Bridle Spectacular Open podium. Reserve champions honours with 215 total score (73.5 rein / 73 cow/ 68.5 herd) went to Swiss Antoine Cloux and Wares The Nurse (WR This Cats Smart x Nurseware) owned by Brigitte Belin.
Young Italian rider Valentina Beccalli presented her CS Thaz Pepper Time (Acres of Time x Redskin O Lena) and marked a 211 (70.5 rein / 70.5 cow / 70 herd) looking the lead in the Bridle Spectacular Non Pro. Half point behind (70.5 rein / 71 cow / 69 herd) Reserve Champions in this division was Vera Walliser and her CD Fortunate Son (Metallic Cat x CDS Lucky Gal).
Hackamore Classic
After a brilliant cow work Giovanni Campanaro was Hackamore Classic Open Champions with Trix Aristocrat MR (Tassas Aristocrat x GH Dual Snappin). 217 their total score (72.5 rein / 75 cow / 69.5 herd). The Italian Professional rider took home with 215 points (72.5 rein / 72.5 cow / 70 herd) also Reserve Champion honours aboard Just Metallic Light (Sannman x Just Getting Light) owned by Shirley Schalcher.
From Austria Tomas Barta well presented CR Tuff Calie Rey (Woody Be Tuff x Calie Del Rey) owned by Karl Simon stepped on the first place of the Hackamore Classic Level 1 Open with 209.5 (71.5 rein / 69.5 cow / 68.5 herd). Following on second place with 209 points (72 rein / 74 cow / 65 herd) was Italian Sara Casalini on Gunner On Line (Shine On Line x Shyawhiz) owned by Giovanni Conti.
Same ranking for the Hackamore Classic Non Pro and Hackamore Classic Level 1 Non Pro. This time Champion title went to Jacky Molliex – Donjon’ performances. The French rider rode Cash Money Master (Master Snapper x Big Spat To Cash) owned by Four Season Ranch on the victory with a total of 200 (65.5 rein / 68 cow / 66.5 herd). Following on second position 2 points behind the winners: 198 total score (69.5 / 60 cow / 68.5 herd) was German Kerstin Breitenbach on her MA Liones Cat (SDP Justice Is Comin x Trust In Me Today).
In the Non Pro Boxing division German Sophie Kruspe won with her Sharp Shining Gun (Sharp Dressed Gun x Love A Little Gunner) the class with a total score of 198.5 (68.5 rein / 70 cow / 60 herd).
