Twenty-one Open riders piloted 4/5-year-olds bound for the European Reined Cow Horse Association Derby Open, sponsored by DP Saddlery. After working through the first go, the cow work final proved out the top horse with a total score of 295 (74/71/74/76): Shesa Genuinelypepto (Oaks Lone Pepto x Haida Oleana) ridden by Giovanni Campanaro for owner Loris Paone. Campanaro is pleased with the 2017 mare: “she always tries to give her best in the arena, after two bad cows change she gave me all what she had another time. I will show her in the Hackamore Classic for sure.”
