Saturday, January 9 at the Crowne Plaza Milan Malpensa there was the usual general meeting of the European Reined Cow Horse Association. Great news have been established and agreed upon at the meeting. Here you are shown below according to the key points .
EURO NATIONS CUP: EURO NATIONS CUP will be a team competition with the formula of bridle spectacular, then on the three classic events of the working cow horse (herd work , rein work and cow work ) that will compete during the special event Hackamore Classic teams to represent each nation. The teams will be composed of a maximum of 5 pairs for each nation.
Regarding Italy the selection for the composition of the team will be made on the Open Bridle category to be held on the occasion of the Spring Stakes in March and the Derby in May. The sum of the scores will determine an initial long list of competitors. With great enthusiasm the idea was well received by the assembly and the Ercha decided that the Hackamore Classic to be held in Germany, location yet to be determined during the first week of July would be the ideal setting for a competition of this magnitude. As for the selection of other nations, it will be entrusted to the representatives Ercha.
REGIONAL SHOWS: Regulation is confirmed in use in 2015 with regard to the regional show Ercha approved. At the end of season it will be given an additional prize in each category for the horse-rider combination with more points in the standings and has participated in at least five shows.
NOVICE AMATEUR DIVISION: Novice Amateur division reserved for non- pro riders that do not appear in the top five ranking and provides that in place of the cow work only proof of boxing, it will be inserted in all the special event signed European Reined Cow Horse Association.
DERBY NOVICE AMATEUR: In the Novice Amateur division of the Derby will be given the option to non pro riders to show horses 6-year-old in snafflebit.
